Real Estate Forms
Per North Carolina real estate guidelines, the following contracts are typically provided to real estate clients before the clients sign an agency contract.
The forms below are meant for informational purposes only. They are not per se meant to be filled out by the buyer or seller. For example, real estate agents typically fill out the Offer to Purchase per their clients' instructions, and the clients are not normally asked to fill out the contract themselves.
North Carolina Offer to Purchase and Contract - the form typically used by real estate buyers to place an offer on a property. (Please note that we normally use a different contract for South Carolina transactions).
Questions and Answers on Home Inspections - the form provides information on how home inspections work
Professional Services Disclosure and Election - the form provides information on professional services that may be provided to a buyer or seller of real estate
Agency Disclosure Forms
In addition to the forms above, we also provide the following disclosures, which explain how real estate agency relationships work in North Carolina and South Carolina.
