Mooresville NC: Quick Profile

Mooresville is a fast growing suburb of Charlotte, located on the shores of Lake Norman. The town has been dubbed “Race City USA” and is home to a large number of garages of well-known NASCAR stars. Auto racing is a key theme that one encounters when visiting Mooresville. Many visitors to the Lake Norman region elect to drop in for a tour of the race shops of Mooresville.

Adults may enjoy a tour of the Carolina Beer and Brewing Company, the brewer of the Carolina Blonde.

Mooresville is also the home of Lowes Corporation, the Fortune 50 retailer of home improvement products and services. Lowes is one of North Carolina’s largest companies and is a major local employer.
