Moving from out of state, we used Tom as a buyer’s agent. There are three real reasons why we enjoyed having him as our realtor. First of all, Tom’s demeanor and ability to sense our needs and our desires. He is good at judging when to step in as well as when not to. Also, the fact that he is an experienced contractor adds a whole new depth and insight to the real estate process. Not only can he look at a house and discuss market features and value, but also recognize specific facets of construction and what it means to home ownership. Reduced fees definitely don't mean reduced service. Tom was fantastic to work with. We used his services as both a buyer's agent and a seller's agent. We were first-time home sellers when we met Tom through the Terra Vista website. We had been active on the market for eight months with a major realty company in the Charlotte area before listing with Tom.
