We used Terra Vista for both a home purchase and to sell our house. Tom was our agent on the buy side: we looked at both new construction and existing homes in a variety of neighborhoods. His knowledge as a builder was very useful, as he was able to quickly give us some perspective on common building practices, things to look out for, and estimate prices of various options and improvements. The purchase transaction went very well, and so we used Terra Vista again to sell our previous house. Lyn provided great service in getting the house listed and priced correctly. She was responsive to all of our questions, and made suggestions for getting the sale done, but never pressured us. I am recommending Terra Vista to our friends in the area, for full service at very reasonable commission rates.

With the service we got from Terra Vista it is hard to imagine how anyone else would provide a better service. We worked with Lyn and were happy every step of the way. All the procedures and conditions were explained upfront. Viewings were arranged efficiently. She pointed out things that we should take note during showings… Lyn recommended a housing inspector and an attorney, both of whom we are happy with. Lyn negotiated with the seller’s agent and got all the repair work we wanted. Also when there was a concern of a minor termite damage Tom came to inspect. (Tom is a builder as well.) So we are happy both because of the service we got plus the few thousand we saved!

Reduced fees definitely don't mean reduced service. Tom was fantastic to work with.
