How will my home be marketed if I list with Terra Vista Realty?
Our listing services include professional photography, pricing and home preparation advice, a showing service that works seven days a week for scheduling and showing feedback - and so on. Our clients' homes are professionally promoted through the local MLS and on hundreds of local and national websites, generating lots of marketing exposure. In addition, our seller clients receive extra promotion on our own popular website, TerraVistaRealty.com. Finally, we provide service and advice throughout the sales process to help ensure our sellers get the optimal price and other contract terms.
If I am only selling and not buying another home, what listing commission would I pay to Terra Vista Realty?
If you only chose to sell your home through us and not also purchase, you would pay Terra Vista Realty a commission of 1.5% of the purchase price. We typically charge nothing until our clients' homes actually sell. In addition, you would be offering a separate commission to a buyer's agent (see below).
In addition to Terra Vista Realty's listing fee, what other commissions would I need to pay?
